About

Trout Town Farms is located on the banks of the world famous Beaverkill River, a few miles down the road from Roscoe Campsite Park and the Catskill Conestoga Wagon Outpost.
This property is about 12 acres of farmland that has about 300 feet of frontage on the river. The frontage, known as Lower Mountain Pool, is considered a haven for big trout! A real producing farm, Trout Town Farms offers the opportunity to see the inner workings of agriculture as well as being able to taste the seasonal harvest when available. Here you can take a farm tour, see our animals and shop for goods to cook over the fire. The animal roster at the farm is constantly growing, and currently includes friendly alpacas, dwarf goats, chickens and pheasants. Guests can come to learn about the animals, and even feed or take a walk with some of them.
